From App Settings select Alerts. From here you will be directed to Communication Settings.
In here you are able to set the number of days before your bills are due that you would like to receive your reminders. You can also ask to be sent an alert when you miss a bill and/or a bill is paid.
Tick the box on the left to select whether you wish to receive these alerts by mobile, email or both.

Here you can set up alerts to receive by reminders that your bills are due. You can set how many days warning you need before a bill is due and you can set whether you are reminded by email or mobile notification.
You can set alerts for when you miss a bill and when you pay a bill. This is useful for your direct debit bills.
